Access rules are applied on profile types. The idea is something similar like this:

If you have 3 different profile types, and you want to give a different photo upload limit for each profile type. You can edit the respective profile type at the back end of EasySocial and click on the Access tab. Under the photos tab, you'll see the upload photo limit there
