Access problems with Dashboard

On my site only user with super user privileges can access the Komento Dashboard. What am I doing wrong?
Attaching I send you some screenshots.

As registered user of the group Team or Super User you'll find a green user-icon on top of the page. Go to WFW-Intern -> Kommentare.

it seems like the backend login credential is not working
May I know the user that want to access the page is it a site admin? where only site admin can access the dashboard page.

Which user group do you mean by site admin?
Super User

Admin


The user who should b able to access the dashboard (on site, not backend) is "Wiener Flötenwerkstatt", username: wf. This user is member of the group administrator. I'll write you the credentials of this user extra.

Sorry for the confusing Barbel, the dashboard view frontend is only accessible by Joomla group 'super user'.
However, you can setting the 'administrator' permission http://take.ms/4v5NQ
