You have to create "Terms & Conditions" app from your site backend > Payplans > apps > click new .

I've created a new App for my TOS (just placed a link in the editor, as I don't want to duplicate the TOS in this App), but how do I enforce the TOS to appear at checkout ?
It's the same TOS for all my plans, and could not find this option under Plans.

As long as you have apply this TOS app to all the plan, it should appear on the checkout page, you can check my screenshot below.

If it didn't appear on the checkout page, can you update your site backend and FTP access at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
