I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I noticed that in your settings, you have set the notify subscribers to be disabled by default and when you create a new post, it gets disabled by default, http://take.ms/bMXfm

You can enable the option here, http://take.ms/Kqs3K to have it enabled by default.
