About feature this team

I creat a acount to manage front-end, and I enable all ACL settings for it.
But, if I don't give it permissions of super user, I can't do the funtion of feature team.
I don't want to let it can use permissions of super user lead it to enter in back-end.
How can I do?

Honestly, i am bit lost here actually. May i know that you wanted to let one of your user(not super user) feature your team blogs? if yes, you cant achieved that currently, as those feature only can be achieved by super user only.
