How do I change Built in - EasyBlog Composer background color?

Unfortunately we do not have a setting for change colour in Composer, perhaps you can try using css to make it change the colour. (check my screenshot 1)

In addition, there are plans to add more Templates in the future？

Actually you can save your custom template from composer, check my screenshot below.
