The only problem with all of these recommendations is mainly because they do not cater for a proper "extension" ecosystem like Joomla and multi lingual support.

Just multi lingual support alone becomes really tricky because we cannot store stream contents on the database. Everything needs to be processed on the fly (via triggers)
