I neeed toi change the minimum character to a much lower number than the default as I am posting videos that dont need a thousand characters to introduce how do I do this change

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. You can alter this settings under Workflow > General under the "Anti spam" area. There's a settings called "Minimum Content Length ".
