I have lots of minor questions and modification wishes and always try to find those in the forums. There I do often find the things I was looking for. But unfortunately most times there are screenshots, that are gone already or a message that it will be implemented in a future release.

I understand, that customizations take time and need to be implemented. But I think in most cases it is not necessary to put a switch into the backend to make the change the clean way.

If you would try to fulfill these little wishes with a dirty hack, which at least works, people like me would find a solution when searching the forums. Because if we are honest, in most cases there are some lines of PHP code necessary which should be done within few minutes for a developer.

Probably it would consume a little more time in the first place, but just for me, as a single customer, I would not ask the same thing but find the solution in the forums and use it for my own and no additional support is necessary for this question. In the end, you would not have to answer similar questions over and over again and the customer gets a real additional value without the need to apologize for delayed answer or to be asked to wait for future releases.

In my opinion a very big win-win situation. Perhaps you think about it...
Hey Le Freak,

Thanks for the heads up on this and appreciate it very much! Initially we are actually serving our screenshots on our custom server but we actually turned it off temporarily because it's too slow for us Now, we are using Jing instead for screen shots.

However, having said that. We will try our best to utilize the code snippets in our forums to share hacks / tricks / tips on the forum

Our main focus right now is to get everyone on the forums! Right now we have 3 different support channels and it's hogging up our time because user's are posting questions on the forum, email and our ticketing system.

Feel like I had pushed an imaginary 'thank you' button by accepting the answer.
