A few questions about Events

Hello!

When a User goes to Events in the App, the User comes to "Explore".
Is it possible to set it up so that all the Users comes to "Upcoming" or "My Events" instead?
Also, is it possible to rearrange the order of "Explore", "Categories", Upcoming", Invited" and "My Events"?

And also, is it possible to hide the "New Event"-button?
The problem vi have is that our Users sometimes create an Event from "Events" instead from a Group/Events.
That way all the Users see an Event that only Private Group Members should see.
Also, is it possible to convert a Public Event to a Private Event?

No unfortunately this will not be possible. Doing this simply means rewriting how an event work.

Currently, it is not possible to have a customs arrangement and landing page for the Event listing page in the native app without the core modification.

And also, is it possible to hide the "New Event"-button?

It is possible. Unfortunately, it will also hide the creation button on both the listing page and the group event page. You may disable the new event button by going to your backend > easysocial > users > profile type > [choose the profile] > ACL > Events > Create event

Also, is it possible to convert a Public Event to a Private Event?

Yes. You may edit the event and change the event type to private as shown in the screenshot below.

It is possible. Unfortunately, it will also hide the creation button on both the listing page and the group event page. You may disable the new event button by going to your backend > easysocial > users > profile type > [choose the profile] > ACL > Events > Create event


Is this possible for you to make this a setup to a coming version so that it can be Enabled/Disabled from which Cluster an Event can be created from?
For example, I would like that Events only can be created from the clusters "Group" and "Page", not from "Events".

Hello!

When it comes to Events, they work quite well.
But there are still some features missing.
I´ll talk with the other StackIdeas Users about a common plan.
Maybe will can together finance some new features.
