Hey Hey guys how's it going?

So i've just been to the World Health Org for a meeting and i have come back with some features and thing they want to change to the site. Most of the Modifications are for groups as they have a specific need for groups.

this is the out come of the meeting:


1. Change link to groups from group overview page to actual group page in:
a. Easy Social news feed: they don't want to go to overview of the group just want to go to the main groups page
2. Add email notifications Groups for:
a. New event creation
b. Announcements
c. Polls (needs testing first)
3. Show important apps (Discussions, Announcements, Events, Files, Polls) at top of screen, not hidden on bottom left. Perhaps use tabs to do this, or modify existing info links to make more like buttons:

4. Change wording for group discussion status. Use these:
a. Open (currently “Unanswered”)
b. Closed (currently “Locked”)
c. Completed (currently “Resolved”)
5. Enable admin to Close or Complete a discussion even if it has no replies (with dropdown).
6. Improve the file manager by adding ability to:
a. Move files
b. Rename folders


I need to talk to some one about these modifications as i can develop them but they have given me the budget to get it done by you so if interested let me know
