A category where anyone can write

I have created a blog on a site where there are different categories and I would like to create a new category to be displayed only on a separate page from the blog where chiuque can write and create content and comments, you can do it?

Of course, the blog posts do not appear in that category and the category "new" must have a theme different from the other, you can do?

What do you mean by "chiuque" ? Do you mean guests? Unfortunately it is not possible to allow guests to write blog posts currently.

If you are using the frontpage blog layout, you could explicitly choose categories as you can see here, http://take.ms/YAO6U

Templates has nothing to do with allowing guests to compose blog post. To utilize template overrides, you need to copy your theme files accordingly into /templates/JOOMLA_TEMPLATE/html/com_easyblog/
