I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. It is actually not a bug because EasyBlog tries to check with the ACL for users who can submit or publish a blog post.

If the user doesn't have permissions to submit or publish a post, then it wouldn't make sense to pick that user from that list Try to assign one of the user to the "Author" user group (Provided the author group has permissions to create or publish post) and you will then see them in the list.

Ah sorry, it also only renders posts with at least 1 blog post created. If the user did not create any post yet, then it wouldn't be listed there since there won't be any results anyway.

I created over 20 accounts and distributed posts to them for testing.
It still has problem, I just saw 5 accounts at the item. It seems like selecting some authors randomly

The listing of the author actually follow the Joomla Default List Limit I've increase the list limit and it will list the authors now http://take.ms/AUOIB

EDITED: It seems there is a bug regarding this it should not apply any limit on the menu setting. I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developers will take an action for this.

Can you download the attached file and replace it in the folder:

.../administrator/components/com_easyblog/models/blogger.php
.../administrator/components/com_easyblog/elements/multiauthors.php

You're suggested to backup the file that you want to replace beforehand for precaution

-> It will sort by id in descending order and doesn't have setting for sort the blogger. However you can customize it in the file:

.../administrator/components/com_easyblog/models/blogger.php

in the getAllBlogger function
