After a long way of debugging this issue, I've inspected that one of the plugin that caused the issue (J-BusinessDirectory Url Translator). I've temporarily disable this plugin and the link https://martialart.zone/blogger/fairbairn-protocol-h2h do not hit the error anymore.
As this plugin is not developed by us, we not really sure how it works that caused it triggered on the profile blogger page that have '-' in the url. May I know it is possible to keep this plugin disable?
If there is some issue hit because of disabling this plugin, please come back to us
