Last week I installed EasyDiscuss on a client site. All seemed to go well until last night when the client reported getting an error when logging on the front end. This a.m. I tried to log in from the back end and as admin and got the same error. Don't know what to do next.

Thanks, by the way the login credentials that you provided for the site is not working and the ftp access isn't working as well.

Hey Robert,

Thanks! It seems like one of your category has an incorrect "parent_id". I have fixed this for you and it works fine now

Thank you very much for your help. Can you tell me what the cause was? Was this preventable?

You are most welcome Robert I believe the data is actually corrupted because the parent id of the category is set to itself. Not sure how were you able to reproduce this though.
