Hi Guys,

I'm using Komento within several Applications (ZOO and JDownloads) and I'm struggling with a 500 Internal Server Error in both applications but also by testing it in a Joomla article.

The commenting process works fine and the comment is published.
The error occurs when I leave the item.
Within the ZOO application a browser refresh before leaving prevents the error - but not in Joomla or jDownloads.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance for your assistance
Ralf
Hi Ralf,

To be honest we are not quite sure why does this happen to you and zoo application browser refresh mechanism unless we can have access to your site and also your FTP so we can take a closer look on the error.

Please advise.

Hi Erzul,

got the solution.
administrator/cache-folder was missing. I really do not know why. Some time ago, I tested some cache plugins. Maybe something went wrong.
So as cache storage type only "Cache_Lite" was available (and selected)
Thus, it seems that any kind of temporary caching did not work. Probably this caused different behavior by the applications

Now, everything seems to work. Still testing but thread can be closed..

Thanks for your immediate assistance

Best regards,
Ralf
