I am receiving 500 errors which I think are related. I experience them in two situations:
The first is when someone registers and I click on the 'Approve User' link in the email notification, I get the following message:
500 Controller registration.php not found
The link I click is:
http://www.mysite.com/?controller=registration&id=599&key=5792ca5706edef151fee518339b4339b&task=approveUser
I get the same error number and message when someone tries to create an account using JFBConnect and Twitter. After authorising Twitter the user has to enter some custom fields and after clicking through there is a 500 error Controller registration.php not found. The user then can't complete registration.
Can you help please?
