500 Error on "Write New Post" page

Hi,

I am writing you because I am working on a customer's website and I updated the yoonique zopim plugin extension for Joomla they use to call for Zopim's widget, to get the Zopim widget v2 running.

Everything seemed to be working OK, but later I discovered that whenever any user wants to write a new post on EasyBlog, they get a 500 Error... So no positing is possible if the plugin is active.

Do you have experience with this anda fix I can apply?

Hello Diego,

Do you have Facebook autoposting enable? If yes, you might want to turn it off and save the post again. If the post successfully saved, there is an issue with your facebook autoposting setup. You can provide us your backend, FTP and Facebook access so we can check this for you.

Thank you for your help It is not that, the error happens when loading the "Write new post" page, not when saving it...

It is definitely a conflict between the Zopim widget code, and something in the write new post page...

My client made us sign an ND agremnt... so no luck with that for me
