i try to make update to 5.1.2
first i try Installation via the Network Recommended and result is: The current installer you are using is outdated. Please download the new installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard
second i try Installation via Directory and result is: Initializing Database
Failed

Regarding your issue, I just re-installed EasyBlog 5.1.2 with the launcher and everything seem fine during the upgrade. Please see:
