I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our system make an error by categorizing your EasyBlog under "social bundle" when you bought the bundle. I have now rectified it and categorized it under "EasyBlog Professional". Kindly please ignore the automated message sent by our system.

Yes the different periods of time within the products included in the social bundle is not good, especially as I thought that I had purchased a 12 month subscription. I suggest that you make the easy social product 12 months in line with the others.

The template was already updated by Mark, this is when these issues started to occur. A fix has been posted into the post in the Wanderers forum for the composer issue so this problem at least is all good. However, the issue where the easyblog activity is not posted to the easysocial activity stream still persists

I just tried to create a blog post on your site to test the easysocial activity stream but it seems like there are some conflict with your current version of komento and that causing me not able to create the blog post on your site. However when I tried to update your Komento to latest version, I'm hitting php upload max size error. Can you ask your webhosting service provider to increase your upload_max_filesize to higher value and then get back to us once it is done?

Regarding on the language string issue, it seems like I am not able to make a fix on your site due to file permission issue with the provided FTP access. Please advise.

Also why does Komento not show as needing an upgrade in the maintenance section of the Joomla admin main page? And / or why does it not show as a maintenance message when upgrading Easyblog. If Komento is an EasyBlog dependency it should be tested for as part of the easyblog upgrade process.

I switched to use easysocial / easyblog / etc so that I would have less issues like this. Since this last upgrade I have issues with every single product - easysocial has issues, easyblog has issues, the wanderers template has issues and now komento has issues. Not good guys. This is why I moved away from both Dolphin and JomSocial. Also you have released many updates within a short period of time, this tells me that you are not doing enough testing before releasing.

making blog post from easysocial i get following error message

"JSON parse unexpected character at line 1' (see attached image)

However blog post is actually created, although it still does not display in activity stream.

If I then try to delete post I get a fatal error with the following message

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class KomentoRouterHelper in /var/www/vdubber.com/public_html/components/com_komento/helpers/router.php on line 0"

So it seems that even after updating Komento there is still a major issue.

Currently Komento installer file size around 5MB.

By the way, I've tried to troubleshoot on your site, but when I save file in your FTP server, I hitting file permission issue :

Error:	/xxx/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/easysocial/easysocial.php: open for write: permission denied

Error:	File transfer failed

Perhaps you can temporary chown for all easyblog and easysocial file/folder to write permission, so we can troubleshoot on this issue quickly.
For example : all the files inside this few folder
administrator/components/com_easyblog
administrator/components/com_easysocial
/components/com_easyblog
/components/com_easysocial
administrator/components/com_komento
/components/com_komento
/media/com_easysocial
/media/com_easyblog
/media/com_komento

I will troubleshoot on this issue when you updated these file permission.

After I investigated long time ago, it seems like this issue is not related from Komento, perhaps you can take a look of this file JoomlaFolder/components/com_easydiscuss/helpers/helper.php , I believe you will noticed inside the code is related Komento code, by right these code shouldn't be there because this will causing the issue when you submit new post from Easysocial. So I temporary renamed this file to helper.php_bak . It should work fine now.



Regarding the delete post issue and it didn't generate a blog stream in Easysocial:

Thanks, I will take a look when I get home tonight.

Both Komento and easydiscuss should be standard unmodified versions. I do not recall making any changes to these other than css overrides. Normally I comment all of my changes with /*DeeEmm*/ so that I can do an easy search to find changes, so it should have been readily apparent if it was a change that I made. That said, I have been using both plugins for a long time so it's possible that I have made a change in the past and simply have forgotten.

At present I have easydiscuss disabled as I'm not utilising it as present, so maybe it is simpler for me to uninstall it?

Will let you know what I find once I have taken a look

Have taken a look and have no idea why the Komento code is in the Easydiscuss helper file. Very strange. It is nothing I have done

I haven't tested fully but the blog posting now appears to be working.
