404 page in ES search results (EB Blog Post)

See attached. We tried a search for our blogger on our site's community (ES), got a couple of results. However there are a few issues:
1) Blogger's name did not come up in results
2) clicking on one of the results (blog post by author) resulted in a 404 page. See URL of 404 page in Site Details.

Would appreciate your help. Thanks...
Further notes to original post:

BTW, the 404 URL from the search results seem to have two issues:
a) domain is in URL twice
b) URL is not SEF

Hi Andrew,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. Can you try to purge your smart index search from your backend > components > smart search and see how it goes?
