Hi,

I have just updated a clients website to EasyBlog 5 from the older v3. When they share a post using the Facebook share button below a blog post, they get a 404 Error as per the screen shot attached.

If I then click the 'Share Link' button, I get a security message about favicon.ico? Again, image attached.

Also, occasionally when saving a new blog post there is a 'unexpected token' error shown? Image attached

Is there anything I have missed in the setting at all? I use the same version of EasyBlog on my own site and using the same hosting provider and don't get this error so I'm not sure on the cause.

Thanks,

Chris
Hey Chris,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. It seems like Facebook is caching your site with these 404 errors. I tried placing the URL of http://www.fmcosmeticsworld.co.uk/my-fm-cosmetics-blog/entry/are-you-making-the-most-of-your-sunday in https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/ and clicked on the "Fetch new scrape" information.

Now, when sharing the post, it shows up correctly as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/Wpab0oqXI

You are most welcome Chris I try to answer as much as I can during the weekends (non guaranteed but at least I try) so that when the week starts, it would be easier for the support members.
