Hi,

I got 404 error when I marked the post of other Admin as the Accepted Answer.

I still unable to connect your FTP server.

By the way, can you try download my attached file and replace into these following file location and see how it goes?

I still unable to connect with your FTP server, this is what i hitting :



Status:	Connecting to 13.76.41.14:21...

Error:	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity

Error:	Could not connect to server

Status:	Waiting to retry...

Status:	Connecting to 13.76.41.14:21...


I suspect your server already configured to only allow certain IP address can access your FTP server, by the way, this is my current IP address : 175.139.128.23

It allows from any IP. Could you please try again?
The Site Details field didn't show password so i'm not sure I put correctly. I added in the first post as well.

The current fix will referring on this main setting `Enable Q & A` whether this mark as resolve button can appear on the page.

I already help you enabled it, it should appear on the page, can you give it a try is it work fine now?
