The problem has been fixed. Joomlashine templates have a quick install which trashes plugins, modules, etc. I just wiped the Joomla installation and did a install on a clean system. Your extension installed properly after this.
Thanks for updating us on this. I think you should also get in touch with the support guys from Joomlashine to inform them about this issue to ensure that this doesn't occur again with their quickstart package.
