I believe you have disable Komento component from your backend > extension > manages > manage > search for 'Komento' > then enable it .

Once you enabled it, try upload that komento installer again.

If the issue still persists, can you update your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
