404 after updating profile

User creates account via social network ..

we have that feature on where you have to have profile completed ..

they go in, update company name and birthday... click okay and get a 404.

Is it this happening on who registered via Facebook user?

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?
