Just bought the ECHO template. Seems the CSS style.css file is formatted strangely making it difficult to edit as we've done with the Elegant template.

So three quick questions:

1. How do we change the colour of the top (brand?) header where the site name appears? Currently, it is black.

2. How do we change the height of the same header so our logo image fits?

3. How do we change the overall background colour? Currently, its off-white and we would like it white-white (#fff).
