Hi,
in Easysocial username minimum character can be only 4 default.
How can I change it to 3?

You can change the minimum character for username in Backend>Easysocial>Profile Types>Custom Fields: http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-01-07_2342.png . Hope this helps.
