Hey ok so this is a late one and i'm hopeing some one see this soon, but i've just trying updating easysocial some thing went wrong with the Applications it wouldn't initialise, and now i'm getting error;

1054 Unknown column 'e.params' in 'field list'

my entire site is down and not sure what to do now, do you have any ideas!?
Hi there,

I will need to access your database in order to fix this issues. Seems like some of the maintenance are not executed on your end as you and updating from v2.1 to v3.0.x. Please advise.

sure you can go to cpanel with the login details i gave you for FTP and access phpadmin via that

Hi there,

Seems like some of your tables are missing and somehow we are not sure what causing this issues. Can you restore everything before your updates so that we can further check this issues as we have done some modifications on the files so that you can access your site again.

By the way, it would be best if you can setup us with test/staging site so that we can further check this issues without interrupting your live site.

Ok so i've restored the tables but i'm still guest for some reason on the site, is it related to the edit you've made?

Yeah so i've restored the Tables but the link between users is messed up, every one is guest and no one can log in

Hi there,

Im not sure why this happened on your site Can you try to restore them again and restore your database as well? I believed those database are on it latest and not on your backup version.

Please advice.

You can restored Easysocial DB only as far i concern this issues only related to Easysocial.

Ok i'm just reacreateing a subsite for testing purposes

Will be avilable soon, and i'll restore the DB files from there, Do you think i should delete the Easysocial Tables first and then import or overwrite?

Ok restored DB but have go an error still it says can't find social_backgrounds -_- in backup there isn't a database for that ... i've set up a staging site

Hi there,

I believed that your live site not on it older version as those options are added on ES v3.0. Can you restore your Easysocial component as well so that it will both using same version.

Right now, i cannot access your test site as you can see here https://take.ms/fOBTO as those access are invalid.
