Error creating new groups.

Good day! Help please solve the problem. When you create a new group, page or event, you start to see this error:
CALL TO A MEMBER FUNCTION UPDATE() ON NULL

What can it be related to?

I have re-saved this settings https://take.ms/pT4jp and it seems to do the tricks. Can you give it a check and see how it goes?
