1.How to add a post to team blogs?

In order to do that, You need to select your team blog on the below right corner which is the Author section so that the members of the team blog that you selected can able to read it only. (Kindly refer the screenshot)

2. How to limit the selection of categories when adding a blog entry?

Unfortunately, it is impossible to do that at this point of time.

3. How to restrict the text for publication so that the record is devided by pages?

Do you mean that you want to set the maximum content length in the blog content before publish the blog post? May I know what do you mean 'so that the record is devided by pages'?

I mean, that when the blog reaches, for example, 10000 symbols, new page starts automatically, and so on

If yes, unfortunately that is not possible to automatic this, but user can able to manually those "Page Break" block (http://take.ms/4lwap) from your composer inside the blog content, so system will show the pagination on the blog entry page.
