Hi, we have a client that signed up for our Membership to be paid monthly $109, but upon signing up she was charged twice... do you know why?
I've checked this plan "One year, pay monthly + Free nutrition coaching sessions." configuration on your site, the reason why the system charge this user account "Alexis Livanes" $109 is because the 2 hours trial ended, so the system will charge the customer the regular price.

You can check my attached screenshot below.

By the way. if you do not want to charge them for the trial fee, you should set the trial price to 0.

Thanks. Appreciated. I fixed that.
Quick question. If I want to charge the client 12 times (a year) shall I set the recurrence to 12 or 11 (given that the first payment is done on the spot)?

You're most welcome.

Quick question. If I want to charge the client 12 times (a year) shall I set the recurrence to 12 or 11 (given that the first payment is done on the spot)?

Do you mean that you would like to charge the user every month? But you just want to stop this recurring payment after it charged the user 12 times (e.g a year)?

If yes, you have to set the recurrence to 12 because it will start to count it as 1 when it charges the customer after the trial ends. (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/DCP0DisGb1ETte9Y6w7IntXJrvLeXW )

Just for your information, if the user already subscribed to this plan before you modify the recurrence, it will always respect the plan configuration setting before you modify.

For example:

1. Let said I set the recurrence limit to 10, then the user already subscribed to this plan.

2. when you modify this recurrence limit to 12, whoever subscribed to this plan before, will still respect the recurrence limit which is 10.
