Firstly, I cant change my domain for easy blog. should be marketing-rocket.com not subdomnination, not sure when this was changed perhaps one of our staff incorreclty did this when we renewed.

Site is: https://marketing-rocket.com/blog.

We are running an older version of easy blog at some point we updated our site and now our blog URLS are no longer search engine friendly.

This is a very urgent problem as its killing our seo. Our links have gone from /markeitng-rocket.com/our-blog-title/ to https://marketing-rocket.com/blog?view=entry&id=40

What is going on? i checked the seo setting and its still set properly to
Simple - http://yoursite.com/menu/title

please advise how we can fix this right away.

Also can you advise us how we can update to your new version. as it does not appear to be a one click update. Can you help us with this without us losing all our blogs/urls and blog settings etc.
Hi Eden,
We have already changed the domain for you.
For your SEO issue, unfortunately this is a known issue where old version of EasyBlog is not compatible with Joomla version 3.4 above. I strongly suggest you to upgrade your EasyBlog to the latest version to solve this issue.

We have a documentation on how to upgrade EasyBlog from 3.9 to 5 here.

We can help you with the upgrade process. However, I suggest that you setup a duplicate test site that we can use to upgrade. After that, you can check and make sure the new EB version is working well with your site first before applying it in your live site.
Also, remember to backup your site, customization data, and database before proceeding with the upgrade in case anything happens.
Let us know how you want to proceed, thanks.
