2 Issues | Comments Allignments + Forgot Password Redirection

Hi there,

I am experiencing two different problems:

1) all of the comments are not aligned. They are all showing too far to the left.

2) I have integrated the profile to EasySocial, which means when a user wants to login to the site they need to fill in the ES login details. If you forgot your password you can press on the 'forgot password' button which should send you to EasySocial's area where you can retrieve your password. I am not sure but it sends you to Joomla's one. Now, it could be so becuase I am still on 1.2 Beta 1. As I am experiencing this problem with my EasySocial any case. I thought I will bring it up anyway.

1. Please point us to a page that we can see the issue.

2. This is due to the fact that you've set the menu items for EasySocial to registered. Either set them to public or create a separate hidden menu item for forgotten password.

I have created a hidden menu item (under the 'Bogus Menu') and made it available to 'Public', and it still does not work. It still brings the user to Joomla's forgot password area.

Hi,

It seems like this is an issue with the template rather than Komento.

Try adding this css to your template's css:



.element-komento {padding-left: 30px;}

Regarding the menu item issue, are you still on beta1? If so please either upgrade to beta 4, or revert to 1.1.6.

Please take note that beta is not intended for production use and we are not providing support for beta releases.

So you are saying it is a Beta issue and not a problem with Komento? Great news if that is all it is

I will wait for the stable version to come out. Any idea when will that happen?
