I am sure that I am having a Homer Simpson moment here, but, how can I put 2 images side by side in a post. Whenever I try to put in an image block they go one under the other.

You can try to use Thumbnail block in order to put image side by side and choose the number of column to be display in single line. You can also try to manipulate nested block system by inserting Column block and insert image block inside the column block so it will create specific space for the image to sit on. I can not also seem to get text to flow around an image - it is simply an image aligned left but with text above and below?

Currently you need to use multiple text block and some combination with column block in order to achieve this. We will see if we can improve this behavior in the next future release of easyblog where user will have the ability to put image at the center of text block.
