With the last update to Easysocial 2.0.9 the rendering of Docker on mobile platforms has broken. The bar is now displaying all of the individual fields whereas it previously reduced the fields displayed on mobile devices. As a result the login button is now off of the screen on small phones. The problem is due to the removal of this statement from the style.min.css file in the Wireframe template:
#es.es-docker.is-top.is-mobile .docker__search ...... {display:none;}

If you are viewing our site you will not see the problem now as we needed to revert to the css file from version 2.0.8 in order to maintain usability of the site on mobile platforms.
Hi Meagan,

Can you provide us some screenshot on how it looks like on your site since you reverted it back to 2.0.8, it is difficult for us to replicate you issue. Which mobile phone are you using to view the docker?

From our side the docker in 2.0.9 should look like this:-

I've attached a screenshot from after login. We've confirmed on iPhone 5c, 5s, 6s and 7 on iOS 8.3, 9.1, 10.1 and 10.2

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Currently I do not have iPhone device to test on this but I will keep you update regarding this.

By the way, I tested on android phone seems work fine, you can check my attached screenshot below.

Can you try clear your phone browser cache and see how it goes?

If the issue still persists, can you access this URL on your device and send it to us? And which browser you trying to access your website.

And I also noticed you still running older version of Easysocial and docker app, can I have the permission to help you update both to latest version? Then try my previous reply instruction to test again on your IOS device?

Hello Arlex,

Here are results of your link from 2 different tests:

Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 8_1_3 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/600.1.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/8.0 Mobile/12B466 Safari/600.1.4
Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 10_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/602.1.50 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/10.0 Mobile/14A346 Safari/602.1

You released updates for both EasySocial and Docker after this ticket was opened. So unless there are specific fixes in either for this problem I don't believe the problem is addressed. I will update both today and follow up.

Hi Meagan,
It appears you have already updated EasySocial and Docker to the latest version.
Are you using the latest css version now?
If you are, it seems I could not replicate the issue with the iPhone 6s Plus(refer screenshots).

If you are still using the old version css, can you temporary change it to use the latest version so we can try to replicate the issue now and come up with a solid fix? Thanks.

Hi Meagan,

It's been almost a month since your last reply and I have tested with an iPhone device and the docker is displayed correctly (screenshot below)

Are you still facing this issue?
