Then I found out this plugins causing the issue -> Content - Rich Snippets Vote , I have temporary disabled it , it should work fine now, can you give it a check now?

Hi Sergey,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

For some reason there are some duplicate entries inside your #__discuss_thread table hence it causing it to display twice for each discussion on your site. I've fixed this by running some sql queries on your site to remove the duplicate entries and now everything is showing up correctly. Please have a look.
