hi there, i upgraded from joomla 2.5 to 3.3. after all installation i saw now that easy discuss has errors when Alphauserpoints are enabled. please check the link:

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
It seems like we didn't encounter this error before, is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

Dear Arlex, yes i give you access. i saw that only guest get this error. if i logged in then i got right access to the website.

could you please also take a new look to the youtube.php. after update to the last version are the videos blocking again because http isnt safe on https sites. could you please integrate the changes in the next release. so that no ones must change and change again? :-)

and could you take a look to the discuss main page. i use a tracker like extra watch. these blocks the tabs switch all, new post, etc.
can easydiscuss help so that the tabs works again?

Hi Mark. on the admin main page you will see left side the "eXtplorer". with this application you have Access to all files.

The reason that we are asking for FTP access is because at times we need to modify some sensitive file and if the ExtXplorer messes up, there is no way we can resolve this and your site will be down. Do you want to see that happen? I really don't advise using ExtXplorer on any site at all.

Please provide us with the FTP access so that we can proceed with checking your issues.

history works. thats fine. but the YouTube.php is still blocked. could you please also fix that YouTube Videos are loading on https: pages : https://www.vertragstresor.de/forum-fuer-senioren/heute-ist-tag-der-katze-08-august-2014 Browser blocks http resources on https pages. could you please add this to the normal Releases, so that after an update of dicuss all hacks doesnt lost?

i changed YouTube.php by my self. please Change line 53 in your release: return '<div class="video-container"><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="' . $width . '" height="' . $height . '" src="//http://www.youtube.com/embed/' . $code . '?wmode=transparent" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>';

src without http only // so it works on both http and https
