1) I get a 1054 error trying to access the home page at https://www.chadzworld.com/testcw/ on my test site with EB5.

2) Also the toolbar on easyblog 5 is unreadable -dark grey on dark grey when my toolbar with EB3 was red/white. EB is shown by menu item "Q STREET" You can see how it looks on live site using cw in place of testcw.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
Hello John,

I'm sorry, I've checked your site and seems like you are using EB3.9. Did I missed anything? Please advise.

Looks like my host installed a backup by mistake on the test site since I had trouble with the main site yesterday.

Anyways, please check again as EB5 has been installed and the 1054 error still shows on the /test/cw/ site

Hello John,

May I know the exact modules that has been assigned to your home page? Because if I've unpublished all modules, the page loads fine. If you view the Easyblog page, it loads just fine: http://screencast.com/t/0UzrYldPt8 . https://www.chadzworld.com/testcw/index.php?option=com_easyblog

The only Stackideas modules on the front page are in the sidebar-left position.

They are Recent Q St Blogs (easyblog) and Recent Discussions (easydiscuss). Most of the others are News Show Pro 5.

Hello John,

I've checked all your News Show Pro 5 modules and seems like these two modules (http://screencast.com/t/lUapDjjpszDi) that causing the issue. Can you try replace this fix file in you site: http://stackideas.com/forums/fix-for-mod_news_pro_gk5 and see how it goes.

"If you are looking for a fix for mod_news_pro_gk5 with EasyBlog 5, download the attached file and extract it into the appropriate folder."
What is the appropriate folder? Is this different than downloading the latest version of News Show Pro 5?

What I'm really looking for is an EasyBlog 5 module that will show the Recent Blog Posts on the front page in a manner similar to what the Easy Discuss module shows. I tried using mod_latest-bloggs-3.92-free but it is for EB3 and doesn't work for EB5 and also its to show EB in your ES.

Where is the EB5 module that will show recent blogs on the home page. I can't even find a list of modules for EB5.

The second issue has not yet been addressed. How to make the EB5 toolbar readable. It's a mess now.

Update: By reinstalling the latest version of NSP5, that module would show on home page. However when I installed the fix noted above, then a new 1064 error shows up.

if I could find an EB5 module to show latest Easyblogs on home page this wouldn't be a problem as I noted above. The ED module looks nicer than the equivalent NSP5 module -so I'd like that for EB as well. But I cannot find a list of EB5 modules anywhere. Where are they? Is there one that will display recent blog posts on the home page? For me that is the most important one.

Also the toolbar issue has not yet been addressed. It's basically unreadable.

Hello John,

I'm sorry for the late reply.
What I'm really looking for is an EasyBlog 5 module that will show the Recent Blog Posts.
- We do have a module that list down the latest post from Easyblog called Easyblog Latest Module which is included in the installation. During installation process, you can choose to install this module. If you have missed it, I've attached the Latest Blog Module. Please give it a try.

For the toolbar, I've made some CSS changes on it. That's the best I can do to follow the old color. All the custom CSS code, I put it in your template.css file.

Thanks for providing the latestblogs link for EB5. It works fine on the home page. Is there a link to other EB5 modules somewhere?

Also the toolbar is an improvement -it's readable now. Would be nice if all the mouseovers were red instead of black which covers the image.

One problem has surfaced however in the changes made. Refreshing the page initially shows the blog posts (Q STREET) in two columns but then reverts to only one column on the left. I picked the nickel theme so I could show two columns. How can we get it to show two columns as before? It happens with every refresh of the Q STREET page?

Hey John,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply as we might have missed your post earlier. All the modules are already installed when you installed EasyBlog.

When viewing the "Q Street" page, the posts are being rendered in 2 columns. Am I missing anything here? It seems to be working fine for me as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/qM5pkWK3SM

By the way, if you are still having issues, please start a new thread on the forums.
