Hello

I have a problem with EasySocial installation.
The installation freeze at step 5.
I have the same message that is repeated endlessly.

1 users found orphaned, synchronizing em with a default profile.

So, some plugins are not installed.
I can't upload photos for example.

Thank you for your help.
Philippe

My Configuration :

Ok!

I have tried to install EasySocial on another Joomla installation.
And it works now !

I don't understand why. Because is not the first time i have this problem.

If i have this problem again, i should completely uninstall and reinstall EasySocial ?

Thank you Alex

you're welcome philippe, good to hear that your issue's are solved

yeah, if the problem is really "only" a missing file or something like that then a re-install will most likely take care of it. you don't need to do an uninstall first but of course if you prefer to do so then this way is absolutely fine as well.
in general I always tend to use the launcher / full install also on minor updates instead of the built-in updater, but that's perhaps just a personal taste
