1.3.17 Update problems

I've updated my site from 1.3 to 1.3.17 now I can't do anything. Can't change anything (avatars or cover photo), can't post anything, can't check notifications, can't check messages, can't update my profile, literally the only thing that works is the tool bar no other functionalities work. My site details are included.
The reason that you are hitting this error is because you didn't really complete the installation and it's probably because Akeeba backup replaced the contents of the completed installation message.

Whenever you perform an upgrade, remember to go through http://titlechaser.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&install=1

It seems like some of you are hitting this issue because the message which we prompt you after an installation is removed / replaced by Akeeba Backup.
