am having these errors when a user is trying to accept the invitation from a group

can you please assist on this

Hello Robert,

Can you please invite the user mwamba to one of your group that you tried so that I can reproduce this issue? Perhaps invite into several groups would be better so that I can reproduce this error on your end because I can't seem to reproduce this issue on my end.

i created the user mwamba for test purpose. in fact mwamba has bean invited some of the groups which are there. i have attached a snapshot of the groups mwamba is supposed to accept the invitations
