0 Serialization of 'Closure' is not allowed

Anytime I try to create a subscription from the front end or backend I get this error:

"0 Serialization of 'Closure' is not allowed."

I updated from the newest Payplans 3.6.3

MySQL Version: 5.6.36-82.1
PHP Version: 7.2.14
Joomla: 3.9.2
Hey Garrett,

We got the issue and will include this fix in our upcoming release soon.
For now to resolve this issue, replace attached file with below mentioned file path.
root/administrator/components/com_payplans/includes/user/user.php

After replacing the file , please check this issue again and update us.

Hi Garrett,

I had been receiving the same error and it turns out the issue is caused by the idev affiliate plugin. When this plugin was unpublished, all worked as expected.

I'm not sure where development is on resolving the issue so the plugin can be activated again.
