It seems like your current template customised this file -> JoomlaFolder/templates/lenzy/html/com_easysocial/fields/display.php which caused this issue, I already help you temporary renamed this, it should work fine now.

Can you consult with your current template provider regarding this and see how it goes?

That was custom PHP to restrict the fields display on the profile view based on user groups and pay plans. Where can I find the call for the field display.php for the profile view so I can call the a profile_display.php for the profile view only?

Currently this file will share with other view as well e.g. user profile, group, event, and page.

Perhaps you can download my attached file and see if this will help.
