0 Call to undefined method plgSystemLSCache::getDispatcher() Komento Installation Issue

Hi,

I'm trying to install Komento to my Joomla site, but unfortunately, have the following error message: 0 Call to undefined method plgSystemLSCache::getDispatcher()

When I disable LightSpeed Cache plugin installation process moves forward, but stucks again on "write database" stage.

The site mets your mionimal requirements. Site has been moved to another hosting recently, is it possible that the issue is caused by the migration?

Hi Alex,

I disabled the litespeed cache plugin and did Komento installation on your site. I did not encounter any issue with the database step and the installation completed successfully. I have re-enabled the litespeed cache plugin. Am I missing something here?

You can check again and let us know if Komento is installed on the site.

Hi Raymond,

thanks a lot for your support on installation, but the component doesn't work with the LSCache turned on. When you try to access the component it returns the same error - 0 Call to undefined method plgSystemLSCache::getDispatcher().

Any advice?
