Imaqma HelpDesk Knowledge-BaseACL
The HelpDesk Component is an advanced support system with which you will be able to implement, manage and create a flexible customer support solution, efficient for both customers and support staff.
Knowledge Base is functionality of HelpDesk system, it will be use for making most popular forum an article and set them rating so that this articles will appear in FAQ also that will reduce the extraneous creating of same forum.
iMaQma HelpDesk Knowledge Base ACL allows to restrict the user to view some knowledge base content according to the plans they have subscribed.
Knowledge Base ACL app provide facility to restrict the user to view some knowledge base according to the plans they have subscribed.
Admin needs to install HelpDesk component and create some knowledge bases before creating app instance.
Step 1 : Install Imaqma Helpdesk app from PayPlans AppStore and create app instance.
Step 2 : App specific parameters in Parameters section are described as follows-
- Select Knowledge Base* : Select Knowledge Base which is allowed to users who have subscription of any of the attached plans with this app.
Read Setup Instructions carefully before saving app instance.
Step 3 : Click on Save or Save & Close button to save app instance.
Step 4 : Now create a dashboard widget for Helpdesk Knowledge Base ACL app that will help user to show to which knowledge bases he/she is allowed to view.
When user doesn’t subscribed to any plan then he/she will be not allowed to view those knowledge bases.

Lets say admin has a knowledge bases, i.e.'How to configure HelpDesk'.When user doesn’t subscribed to plan 'Forever Free' then he/she will be not allowed to view above knowledge bases.
Now user subscribe to 'Forever Free' then he/she will be granted access to KB as follows:
User have active plan on his dashboard under "My Purchases" tab.
Now a dashboard widget of the allowed KB's will be shown to user under 'My Account' tab.
