Imaqma HelpDesk Client

An advanced support system which able to implement, manage and create a flexible customer support solution.

Helpdesk-Client App allow these features-
1. Facilitates admin to insert the new user in a predefined client, based on their subscription status of selected plan.
2. User can be inserted in more than 1 client.

Steps to configure Imaqma Helpdesk app

Step 1 : Install Imaqma Helpdesk app from PayPlans AppStore and create app instance.

Step 2 : App specific parameters in Parameters section are described as follows-
* Add to Client (on subscription active)* : Client in which you want to add users on subscription Active status of the specified plans in details section.

  • Add to Client (on subscription hold)* : Client in which you want to add users on subscription Hold status of the specified plans in details section.

  • Add to Client (on subscription expire)* : Client in which you want to add users on subscription Expire status of the specified plans in details section.

For example if you want to add user in client as ‘Client1’ on subscription-active of the ‘Life Time’ plan then “On Subscription Active” parameter choose “Client1”.
‘Client3’ on subscription-expire of the ‘Life Time’ plan then “On Subscription Active” parameter choose “Client3”.
In this case, on subscription-expire, the user will be removed from client ‘Client1’ and add in ‘Client3’.
On every change in subscription status, user will be added to helpdesk client and removed from their previous client(if any), as per the configured app.

Read Setup Instructions carefully before saving app instance.

Step 3 : Click on Save or Save & Close button to save app instance.
