Download phoca

Phoca Download provides a way to restrict a user to access or upload files in categories .

PayPlans Integration with Phoca Download
Phoca Download include ACL it means, files or categories can be accessed only for specific groups or users. But if you want scenario which provides ACL like you can access or upload in categories according to when-

Subscription is active,
Subscription is on Hold
Subscription is Expired.

These kind of ACL is possible using PayPlans integration with Phoca Download.
Scenarios-

__Scenario 1: If it is wanted that when user subscribs a plan and On Subscription Active user can access category1, category2, category3 and can upload under category1 only.

Scenario 2: If it is wanted that when user subscribs a plan and if due to some reasons its plan goes on hold and restriction on categories needs to be changed EX- On Subscription Hold user can access category2 and can upload under category2 only.

Scenario 3: If it is wanted that when user subscribs a plan and after some time when users plan will expire and restriction on categories needs to be changed EX- On Subscription Expire user can access category3 and can upload under category3 only.

Steps to configure the app

Install Phoca Download from App Store.create app instance
Fill parameters in App according to your requirement.

Configure app

Fill this block as On Subscription Active user can access which categories and upload in which categories-
As in screenshot On Subscription Active user can access category1, category2, category3 and can upload in category1.

Fill this block as On Subscription Hold user can access which categories and upload in which categories-
As in screenshot On Subscription Hold now user can access category2 and can upload in category2.
Fill this block as On Subscription Expire now user can access which categories and upload in which categories.
As in screenshot On Subscription now user can access category3 and can upload in category3.

Apply on plans

If you wants to show accessible categories or upload allowable categories on dashboard then you should create a new instance of dashboard widget.

Create widget

Now choose phocadownload in dashboard widget.

Configure widget

After following these steps restrictions are applied on categories same as dashboards screenshots mantioned in scenarios.
