Currently (May 8th 2014, 10:50am, GMT +8), our helpdesk goes offline as we are facing some issues with it. While Mark is running around, blasting our Helpdesk with his magics and try to fix this; I'm afraid our helpdesk will remain offline. However, you can still reach our support team via our official forum.
We will announce about the status of our Helpdesk via our Facebook page, our Twitter, and our official blog page. We truly apologize for any inconvenience caused. I believe that the tickets are still in the database hence whatever you have sent prior to the issue will still be in our database. Our team will immediately access and reply to your tickets as soon as our Helpdesk is available back.
