Your Support-Forum / Selected answer

Hi everybody,

the handling of your support-forum has one logical error that makes it VERY difficult to follow a discussion.

When a question is asked and some answers are given, the original order is like this:

1. Question
2. First answer
3. Second answer
4. Third answer
5. Fourth answer

Now imagine the original author marks the third answer as the "accepted answer". Then it looks like this:

1. Question
2. Third answer
3. First answer
4. Second answer
5. Foruth answer

This totally destroys the structure of the conversation.

I would suggest to simply REPEAT the Third answer in the conversation itself or alternatively only to mark the accepted answer instead of moving it to the top. So it would look like this:

1. Question
2. Accepted Third answer
3. First answer
4. Second answer
5. Third answer
6. Fourth answer

Or like this:

1. Question
2. First answer
3. Second answer
4. Third answer
5. Fourth answer

In bouth cases the conversation itself would keep the correct order.
There are many cases where the "accepted anser" is also an answer to other postings, and in that case it drives me wild, because I have to search through the whole thread to find out, where the place is the answer match into.

This little change in structure would make it MUCH easier to follow a thread.

All the best, Julian!
